Last Date of Early Bird Registration is Jan 06th, 2025.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register before due date. Papers without at least one registered author will not be included in the final program for presentation and IEEE Xplore publication.

All registration categories will have access to inauguration, tutorials, technical sessions and closing ceremony.

Each full fee registration is entitled to present/publish only one (01) manuscript. The manuscripts should contain a maximum of six (06) page.

Registration fee is based on the attendee/participant’s country/institute.

There is no refund against cancellation.

Receipt will be provided in the name of registered author only.

Authors are requested to provide the IEEE membership number / ID proof during the registration process.

To complete the registration process, authors must fill the Google Form (after making the payment) by 06th Jan 2025, 11:59 PM. (separately for each paper Id)
